Hardik Mehta brings over 17 years of industry experience in IT, cybersecurity, and risk management, with deep expertise in the BFSI domain. As both a technologist and strategic leader, he has held pivotal roles at global organizations including Bank of America (2014–2025), SS&C GlobeOp Financial Services, and Intelenet Global Services – Sparsh. He holds a Master’s in Computer Applications from DDU, along with postgraduate diplomas in Entrepreneurship (EDII) and Data Science (IMS). Hardik is a certified CISO, ethical hacking expert, and penetration tester accredited by EC-Council. As the founder of Hacker Monk, he leads a dedicated team of cyber security professionals committed to providing customized cyber security solutions for MSMEs and large enterprises alike. His mission is clear: to make cybersecurity accessible, effective, and strategic, combining technical excellence with business insight.

Dr. Nishant Doshi has been a faculty member at Pandit Deendayal Energy University since 2016 and currently serves as Deputy Head of Department. He holds an M.Tech. from DA-IICT, Gandhinagar (2009) and earned his Ph.D. from SVNIT, Surat (2014). An active researcher and reviewer for several reputed journals and conferences, Dr. Doshi was honored as a Young Scientist by the Venus International Foundation in 2015. He is a member of IEEE, ACM, CRSI, and other professional societies, contributing to both academic and applied research communities. His work reflects a commitment to advancing knowledge, mentoring future innovators, and strengthening India’s research ecosystem, particularly in the field of Customized Cyber Security Solutions, where he collaborates with Cyber Security Professionals and the Hacker Monk Team.

Aakash Rajput is a B.Tech graduate in Computer Science from Maharishi University of Information Technology, Holding certifications from ISC2, arcX, Cisco, TryHackMe, and Security Blue Team, with specialized proficiency in web application penetration testing and OSINT. He has demonstrated his technical acumen in competitive arenas, ranking 24th at TryHackMe's Hackfinity Battle and 53rd among 200 teams at the DSCI & EY 19th Annual Information Security Summit in New Delhi — applying real-world expertise in web exploitation, threat analysis, and vulnerability identification under pressure. His toolkit spans Burp Suite, Nmap, SQLmap, Wireshark, Shodan, and Google Dorking, complemented by published security write-ups. B & C Certificate holder in the NCC Senior Division, Army Wing (UP Directorate), Aakash was selected to represent his battalion at the national-level Advanced Leadership Camp — an experience that instilled the discipline, strategic thinking, and leadership composure that he brings equally to the cyber battleground.

Abhisek Nanda is a cybersecurity professional specializing in advanced offensive security operations, adversary emulation, and critical infrastructure security testing. With a strong foundation in Computer Science & Engineering and a deep passion for offensive cybersecurity, Abhisek focuses on identifying high-impact vulnerabilities across enterprise and industrial environments before they can be exploited by real-world threat actors.

His expertise includes simulating sophisticated attack scenarios across enterprise IT infrastructures and ICS/SCADA networks, leveraging stealth-driven methodologies, persistence techniques, lateral movement strategies, and realistic red team operations inspired by modern nation-state tradecraft. Abhisek is dedicated to helping organizations strengthen their defensive posture through realistic adversarial simulations and proactive security assessments.

With hands-on experience in penetration testing, attack surface analysis, and offensive research, he continuously works to uncover security gaps that traditional defenses often overlook. With a solid academic background that includes a B.E. and a Diploma in Computer Science, he has gained experience through internships at Brainy Beam Info-Tech and Gujarat Technological University. His research paper titled "An Analytical Study of AI-Based Solutions" has been accepted for presentation at ICICT 2025 in London. As a passionate advocate for cyber security and threat hunting, he is eager to join the ranks of skilled cyber security professionals, contributing to the development of customized cyber security solutions. With proficiency in programming languages such as C and Python, as well as tools like Burp Suite, Nmap, Wazuh, and VS Code, he aspires to be part of the Hacker Monk Team.

Abhijit Baruah is currently pursuing an M.Tech in Cyber Security at Pandit Deendayal Energy University. As a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) from EC-Council, he is deeply passionate about red teaming and offensive security research. His focus areas include Active Directory (AD) attacks, firewall bypass techniques, and network security, which are essential for developing customized cyber security solutions. He is also a part of the Hacker Monk Team, collaborating with other cyber security professionals. Additionally, Abhijit has a keen interest in IoT and drone programming, exploring how these emerging technologies intersect with modern security challenges.

Manit is a Computer Science undergraduate at GTU, embodying a curious mind and a builder at heart. He is diving deep into software development, DevOps, and cybersecurity — exploring the messy, fascinating layers behind the technology we rely on. As part of the Hacker Monk Team, he has built things that didn’t work (yet), broken things while trying to fix them, and learned more from failure than any tutorial could teach. Right now, he is focused on turning theory into practice — writing code, automating chaos, and understanding how to keep systems secure with customized cyber security solutions while still shipping fast. His goal? To build products that don’t just work, but truly matter.

Misty Trivedi is a final-year Business Analytics student at Swinburne University, based in Melbourne, Australia. She has practical experience in digital marketing, data analytics, and stakeholder-driven projects, contributing to real-world initiatives in business continuity, supply chain analysis, and digital campaign optimization. With a strong foundation in customized cyber security solutions, she collaborates with cyber security professionals to ensure effective project outcomes. Proficient in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Google Analytics, Misty combines her analytical skills with effective communication and leadership. In addition to her academic pursuits, she has experience in marketing execution, HR operations, and coaching STEM programs for young learners, often collaborating with the Hacker Monk team to enhance educational initiatives.
